Inside Sales Intern

oversees and leads a team of inside sales representatives, managing the company's internal sales efforts, primarily through phone, email, and other digital channels

• Team Management:

  Hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating inside sales representatives.

• Sales Strategy:

  Developing and implementing sales plans, setting targets, and monitoring performance.

• Sales Process:

  Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

• Reporting and Analysis:

  Generating sales reports, forecasting, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

  Building strong relationships with existing customers and developing new ones.

  Working with other departments like marketing and product development to align sales efforts.
