Inside Sales Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, and sales operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales processes, client communication, and CRM tools while developing professional sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential leads and prospects
• Support the sales team with outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
• Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotions
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and route them appropriately
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the team

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales concepts is a plus
• Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
