Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern based in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, nurturing potential client relationships, and addressing customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting relevant service offerings, and providing timely follow-up to foster business opportunities. The role also involves close collaboration with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage with potential clients.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively respond to client inquiries and foster relationships.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• Cold Calling
• Relevant coursework or experience in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
