We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a passion for driving results and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Maintain and update customer database and CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
