Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales representative based in Jaipur. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, following up with existing leads, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel industry or organic products sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
