Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Customer Service representative located in Bengaluru. The Healthcare Customer Service representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer support calls, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
