Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat-based inquiries from potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare products and services.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
• Maintain customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update CRM systems with accurate customer data and interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for feedback and lead generation.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Customer Support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi fluency is mandatory)
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally over phone and chat.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Basic understanding of healthcare products/services preferred.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Life Sciences background is a plus).
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or insurance sales is advantageous.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
