Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through lead generation and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and working closely with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement. This role offers a structured career path with the opportunity to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, contributing to a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Customer Success, Finance) to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of inside sales, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Prior sales experience (internships or full-time) is a plus.
