Job Opening: Inside Sales Specialist (Freshers – 3 Years Experience)

Location: Alapakkam, Chennai

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Industry: IT Services, Consulting & Technology Staffing

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Prospecting

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential leads.

Effectively pitch services and generate interest to schedule meetings with decision-makers.

Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.

Customize messaging based on the industry, prospect profile, and business needs.

Maintain a positive and professional tone across all interactions.

Lead Research

Use CRM tools and web resources to identify, analyze, and qualify leads.

Stay informed about the prospect’s business, pain points, and industry trends.

Decision-Maker Identification

Identify and connect with key stakeholders within target organizations.

Map organization structures to reach out to relevant decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Provide regular follow-ups and ensure smooth handovers to senior sales teams.

Personalized Sales Pitching

Tailor communication based on prospect persona and business needs.

Create and deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations.

CRM Management

Update CRM with accurate lead, contact, and opportunity details.

Track follow-ups, sales progress, and communication history.

Sales Goals

Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in outbound lead generation or inside sales

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented

Basic understanding of IT services like web/app development, UI/UX, etc.
