Convert inbound inquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions. Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to prospects. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure consistent pipeline flow. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication. Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
