Role Overview:

  • This role will be vital in generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals.
  • Hiring someone with 35 years experience ensures that the candidate can ramp quickly, hit targets, and require minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business via outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.) and handle inbound leads.
  • Qualify prospects, do product demos, negotiate deals & close sales.
  • Manage your sales pipeline in CRM, maintain accurate records & forecast sales.
  • Hit sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing & product teams to refine messaging and customer feedback.

Candidates Profile:

  • 3-5 years in inside sales (Healthcare IT sales preferred), ideally selling tech/SaaS/AI/data-driven products/ CRO sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales workflows.
