We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive B2B business expansion. This role involves identifying prospects, qualifying leads, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Healthcare IT, SaaS, AI, or data-driven product sales, with a proven ability to meet revenue targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Generate new business via outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.) and handle inbound leads.
2) Qualify prospects, do product demos, negotiate deals & close sales.
3) Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate records & forecast sales.
4) Hit sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
5) Collaborate with marketing & product teams to refine messaging and customer feedback.

Required Skills:

1) 3-5 years in inside sales (Healthcare IT sales preferred), ideally selling tech/SaaS/AI/data-driven products/ CRO sales
experience
2) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
3) Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation skills.
4) Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling.
5) Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, able to work independently.
6) Experience using CRM tools and sales workflows.
