- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and industry databases.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and do LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospects.- Qualify leads and pass them to the Sales Team / Sales SPOC.- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system.- Build and expand the company’s prospect database.
- 2–4 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).- Comfortable with outbound calling and email outreach.- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, FMCG, Retail, Recruitment, or HR services is a plus.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
