Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Developer (Business Development Strategist) who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating leads, strategizing business development initiatives, and converting opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and experienced in business development, calling, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.)

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.

Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and business development performance. Required

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales calling.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Ability to develop business development strategies aligned with company goals.
