Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients.
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable fintech solutions (e.g., payment gateways, AEPS, Micro ATM, POS machines, banking software).
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and sales activity.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to understand new offerings and promotions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients virtually.
Provide timely feedback from clients to help improve product features and sales strategies.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in inside sales.
Strong understanding of digital payments, banking software, or financial services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales automation software.
Result-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of UPI, AEPS, POS, micro ATMs, or payment gateways.
Experience in B2B sales in the fintech or banking sector.
Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription-based financial solutions.
