Job Description

Requirements:

  • Internship or full-time experience in sales or a related field (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills with confidence in presenting and demonstrating products
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management

Job Summary:
As a Inside Sales Executive, you will connect with potential customers through calls and online product demos, manage the customer onboarding journey, and track all sales activities. You will play a key role in converting leads into active customers and sharing insights to improve our offerings.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct engaging online product demos via Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to customer requirements and addressing their questions
  • Make inbound and follow-up calls to identify potential customers and nurture leads through consistent engagement
  • Manage the complete customer onboarding process for a seamless experience
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions in CRM systems
  • Share insights into customer preferences and market trends to support sales and marketing strategies
  • Report suggestions and feedback from customers for continuous improvement

What We Are Expecting:

  • Internship or 6+ months of experience in sales, inside sales, or a related field
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in conducting live product demonstrations to diverse audiences
  • Good organizational skills to manage follow-ups and record-keeping
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve targets
