Job Title: Quality Engineer – Bio-Energy Plant (Boilers/Structures/Piping) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Project Duration: 1 Year (Contract Basis) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Certification: CSWIP 3.1 / AWS (Valid & Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preferably 10–12 years in QA/QC for power/industrial projects) We are hiring an experienced Quality Engineer for one of our prestigious Bio-Energy Plant projects based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in QA/QC activities related to boilers, pressure vessels, structures, and piping. Key Responsibilities: Conduct QA/QC inspections at the site for boilers, pressure vessels, structural works, and piping. Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes (ASME, IBR, etc.). Supervise and verify welding, fabrication, and erection activities. Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports. Coordinate with clients and attend quality-related meetings. Support and guide the site execution team in resolving quality issues. Requirements: 3–10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in power, energy, or industrial infrastructure projects. Valid CSWIP 3.1 / AWS certification is mandatory. In-depth knowledge of ASME, IBR, and applicable QA/QC standards. Strong skills in client handling, communication, and documentation.
