Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Prospecting & Qualification:Research and evaluate potential clients to determine their needs and budget, ensuring they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
  • Product Presentation:Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services to potential clients, often through remote demonstrations.
  • Sales Closing:Negotiate pricing and terms, then finalize sales agreements with customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Maintain detailed customer records in a CRM system, manage client interactions, and provide ongoing support and service to existing customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:Monitor the sales process, track progress, and provide reports on sales activities and results.
  • Collaboration:Work with marketing teams and other sales professionals to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
  • Customer Feedback:Gather feedback from customers and share it with product and marketing teams for future developments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills are essential for engaging with clients.
  • Sales Acumen:A strong ability to understand customer needs, present compelling solutions, and effectively close deals.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Empathy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Education:A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though equivalent experience can also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
