Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing inbound/outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or sales.

Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align on strategies.

Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over calls or video conferencing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1 3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (B2B or B2C).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
