Job Description Job Title and Overview Position: Digital Marketing Executive Location: KR Puram, Bangalore Reports To: CEO / Managing Director About Unisol Communications UNISOL We are certified IT system integrators who consult, design and implement end-to-end IT networking and security surveillance infrastructure solutions. We are also the OEM for Fiber optics networking products and indoor/outdoor networking racks. Main Components of Digital Marketing 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Improving a website's visibility on search engines (like Google) through organic search results. 2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Using paid advertising (like Google Ads) to appear in search engine results. 3. Content Marketing Creating and distributing valuable content (blogs, videos, infographics) to attract and retain a target audience. 4. Social Media Marketing Promoting brands and engaging with customers through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok. 5. Email Marketing Sending personalized or bulk email campaigns to promote products, offer updates, or nurture leads. 6. Affiliate Marketing Partnering with individuals or websites (affiliates) to promote products for a commission on sales. 7. Influencer Marketing Collaborating with influencers to leverage their reach and credibility to promote a brand. 8. Online Advertising (Display Ads) Using banner ads, video ads, and interactive ads on websites and apps. 9. Mobile Marketing Engaging users via mobile apps, SMS, push notifications, and mobile-optimized websites. 10. Analytics and Data Measuring and analyzing performance (using tools like Google Analytics) to optimize campaigns. Skills Needed Strong understanding of digital marketing channels Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc. Good communication and content creation skills Analytical thinking and data-driven mindset Time management and ability to multi-task Typical Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Digital marketing certification (e.g., from Google, HubSpot, Meta, or LinkedIn Learning) 6 months-1 year of experience in digital marketing (for entry-level roles) Salary details Experience: 6 months - 1 year.
