Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to customer needs and addressing queries effectively.
  • Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads and implement follow-up procedures to nurture leads into active customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Report customer insights, suggestions, and feedback to support continuous product and process improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Internship or full-time experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting and demonstrating products to customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
  • Ability to speak

    Odiya / Kannada / Marathi / Tamil

    (other than Telugu) is a must.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
