Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of leads generated through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to drive sales growth. Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients' needs and tailoring solutions using software products. Build strong relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell relevant services or products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted campaigns and improve overall sales performance. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment. Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with prospects/customers. Ability to work independently from home office setup.
