Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Share Recovery Division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential investors, understanding their unclaimed investment issues, explaining our services, and coordinating with the legal & operations teams to initiate the recovery process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach potential clients (investors, NRIs, senior citizens, HNIs).
  • Explain Expertvuw’s share recovery & IEPF claim process clearly and confidently.
  • Identify genuine cases by reviewing basic client details, PAN, and shareholding information.
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations with the Director or Legal Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM (Zoho Bigin / Zoho One).
  • Follow up with clients regularly for document submission and KYC completion.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and closures.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration preferred.
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in tele-sales / inside sales / financial services preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
  • Confidence in handling calls with HNI, NRI, or senior clients.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel, Zoho CRM, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to learn and explain new financial & legal concepts quickly.
