This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Key Responsibilities
● Tele-call online and offline leads (Dial 350 calls/day, 4 hours of actual talk time/day, 9
hours of login time/day on the calling platform).
● Call potential or existing customers using pre-set scripts to explain our offerings.
● Understand customer needs, answer queries, and guide them toward the right solution.
● Build rapport and trust with clients to convert them into paying customers.
● Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM system.
● Follow up with interested leads consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
● Handle objections or complaints professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
● Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant programs.
● Coordinate with other departments for smooth client onboarding.
● Share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
● Go the “extra mile” to achieve individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
● Strong desire to earn more by closing more sales and achieving attractive incentives.
● 6 months to 5 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
● Confidence to engage and convince customers over the phone.
● Ability to handle rejections and bounce back with energy.
● Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage preferred).
● Goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hunger to grow.
