Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Tele calling & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to schools, parents, coaching centres, and educational institutions. Explain company’s educational products and services clearly. Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team. Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, website, and social media. Sales & Client Management Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable educational products. Share product details, pricing, catalogues, and demos. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Handle objections professionally and close the sales. Customer Support Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer queries. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel. Skills Required: Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Gujarati). Confident in speaking on phone and presenting products. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email). Persuasive selling skills and positive attitude. Ability to handle clients professionally.
