Job Description

The Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) will play a key role in driving sales at the dealership by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best vehicle options. The DSE will ensure a seamless buying experience, meet sales targets, and contribute to the dealership's overall growth. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Prior experience in sales (preferably in the automobile industry). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of the automobile market and products. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet customers visiting the dealership and understand their requirements. Build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers. Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and services. Sales Process: Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives as needed. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle model and configuration. Handle negotiations and close sales to achieve individual and team targets. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation. Assist customers with financing, registration, and insurance formalities. Maintain adherence to dealership policies and industry regulations. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Provide insights and feedback to the sales manager to refine sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Follow up with leads and maintain a robust customer database. Handle post-sale customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly. Strive to create a positive customer experience to encourage referrals and repeat business. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the sales manager. Monitor personal sales performance against targets.
