Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist with 4+ years of experience to join our Inside Sales team. This office-based role involves interacting with customers via phone and email to provide expert pharmaceutical guidance, product suggestions, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pharmaceutical products
• Build strong relationships and offer excellent post-sale support
• Negotiate pricing, packages, and delivery terms when required
• Maintain CRM records of all communication and follow-ups
• Stay updated with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license
• Minimum 3 years of continuous pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills (English – spoken and written)
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Preferred:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical sales or client servicing role
• Familiarity with export/import documentation or B2B pharma sales is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
