Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with prospective students via inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their aspirations and offer suitable educational programs. Conduct high-conversion telephonic counseling sessions and follow-ups to close enrollments. Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets by managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle – from lead generation to closure. Maintain accurate lead and sales data on CRM systems for reporting and performance tracking. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demand. Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships to foster referrals and renewals. Participate in internal meetings, training, and development initiatives to stay updated on product knowledge and competitive strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably within the educational or ed-tech domain . Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills are a must. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-performance culture.
