B.E. Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical
Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering
B.Sc. Physics/Electronics
  • Exhibits polite and persuasive communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Possesses patience and the ability to multitask
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of measuring instruments
  • Familiarity with the SBO system
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
 

Secure order income from assigned customers in the Sales Unit/Region

- Convert leads to sales - Systematically increase sales with potential customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering problem-solving resources
  • Consult with customers by phone to generate orders.
  • Systematically contact potential customers to develop relationships.
  • Qualify leads and follow up by sending brochures, creating quotations, and tracking orders.
  • Prepare and process tender documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Arrange visits for outside sales as needed.
  • Serve as the first contact for customer relationship management.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
  • Provide sales and administrative support, handling confidential agreements.
  • Support the sales team in achieving regional sales targets.
  • Communicate with the regional sales team regarding order status and sales performance.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, dealers, representatives, and agents.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and monitor responses.
  • Prepare sales analysis reports.
  • Draft proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
  • Update sales order status in the database.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to enhance sales productivity.
  • Monitor trends and assess performance against monthly sales goals.
  • Proactively promote the organization's services to new and existing customers.
  • Respond to internal queries and coordinate accordingly.
  • Assist in implementing the sales strategy prepared by the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Follow up on payment collections.
    Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Special Work Conditions

  • 10% travel required.
