POSITION - Inside Sales Engineer

JOB LOCATION - Kolkata

CANDIDATE PROFILE - B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication / Instrumentation.

WORK EXPERIENCE - Candidates should have min 2-5 years of experience in back office technical support job.

SALARY - Rs. 2 - Rs. 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum.

JOB DESCRIPTION -

1. Responding to RFPs and RFQs: Submit quotations and participate in tenders by creating relevant documents / solutions with inputs from the sales personnel.

2. Respond to Clarifications: Provide clarification responses to potential or existing customers which could be either Commercial or Technical in nature.

3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales / service team and customers, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering technical inquiries.

4. Procurement and Logistics: Provide timely information to the procurement and logistics team to ensure proper inventories can be maintained / ordered and customer materials can be dispatched on time.

5. Dispatch Clearance and Invoice: Provide dispatch clearance and invoicing details to Logistics and Finance team in the required formats to ensure billing and dispatch formalities and completed without any issues.

6. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

7. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

8. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

10. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹37,000.00 per month
