Inside Sales Engineer

MOTM Technologies is a Sales & Marketing partner for Engineering Industries, serving more than 140 unique clients from various engineering verticals.
The company is driven by ethics, morals, and commitment to driving success for their clients. They undertake essential activities of the Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients and prospects to introduce the products/services. Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.Negotiate terms and close sales with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or ENTC.
