Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Inside Sales Engineer to support our growing Sales and Technical team.

This role plays a key part in driving commercial efficiency, supporting the field sales force, and ensuring superior technical and customer service support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the Outside Sales Team in executing business plans and achieving sales targets.

  • Handle internal and external technical support requests related to product selection, application, and specifications.


  • Provide technical inputs for quotation preparation, basic takeoffs, and specification reviews.

  • Prepare zone maps, layouts, and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required.


  • Manage end-to-end commercial operations, including quotation, order processing, shipment follow-up, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.


  • Engage extensively with customers, partners, and internal teams via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

  • Participate in customer visits, presentations, and trade show activities when required.


  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and their applications.

  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product or system recommendations.


  • Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer queries and complaints.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers and partners.


  • Provide regular updates on ongoing projects and potential business opportunities.

  • Communicate customer feedback and new market requirements to management for future planning.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical blueprints.

  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical control systems.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling ability.


Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales Support roles.

Familiarity with CRM / ERP tools for order management and tracking.

Proven Project Management skills and attention to detail.
