Role Description · Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers and the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered. · Develop and prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for engineering solutions in coordination with the sales team. · Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and communicate product specifications, capabilities, and custom solutions. · Assist in managing and following up on sales inquiries, working to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions. · Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, from inquiry through delivery. · Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide the best possible advice to customers and the sales team. · Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EPT department by participating in cross-functional collaboration and idea-sharing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience. · 2+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. · Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn the specifics of Johnson Screens' products and solutions. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical customers. · Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
