Key Responsibilities:

● Drive revenue growth through telephonic and virtual sales of NoBrokerHood's SaaS-based solutions to residential societies and RWAs.

● Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification, product pitch, objection handling to deal closure.

● Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and maintain consistent pipeline.

● Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

● Update and manage data accurately in CRM tools and internal databases.

● Coordinate with field teams for demos, installations, and post-sales service.

● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

● 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales/inside sales, preferably in B2C/B2B environments.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

● Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language like Kannada is a plus).

● Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
