Job Title: Inside Sales Counselor – Online MBA (Work from Home)

Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Counselors to handle the Online MBA admissions process. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students in their career journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide prospective students about Online MBA programs.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and admission targets.
• Provide an excellent and professional experience to students throughout the admission process.
• Collaborate virtually with the team to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Online MBA/education sales preferred.
• Strong target orientation with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no MTI influence.
• Hardworking, sincere, and self-disciplined to work in a remote setup.
• Comfortable working extended hours if required.
• Must have a laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
