Job Description

As a sales associate in our store located in Thrissur, Kerala, you will be responsible for understanding customers" needs and identifying sales opportunities. You will be expected to answer potential customers" questions and keep up with product information and updates. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers, explaining and demonstrating product and service features, as well as upselling products and services. Additionally, you will need to perform various tasks including ensuring store hygiene, providing food and beverage service, and interacting with customers effectively. The duty timing for this position is from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a full-time job that requires a diploma as the preferred educational qualification. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in guest services and customer service. The work location is in person at our store in Thrissur, Kerala.
