Key Responsibilities

Call and engage with all inbound leads

Send quotations to SMB and mid-market customers

Search, compare, and provide rates for FCL, LCL, and Air shipments

Handle end-to-end communication via calls, emails, and follow-ups

Convert warm inbound leads into customers efficiently

Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and pipeline

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy startup sales environment

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in sales or a related role

Comfortable working night shifts (US market)

Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, laptop, and digital tools

Hunger to learn, grow, and build a long-term sales career
