Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase footfall in the restaurant, private dining bookings, and corporate/event partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with corporates, event planners, travel agencies, luxury lifestyle brands, and other potential partners. Develop and execute strategies to promote the restaurant to HNIs, influencers, and corporate clientele. Actively promote group bookings. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences for clients. Represent the restaurant at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and ongoing client communications.
