We are looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales – Educational Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the decision-making process of enrolling in our Online MBA program. This is a high-impact, target-driven role ideal for go-getters who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and video consultations. Understand student requirements and effectively communicate program benefits. Counsel and convert leads into successful enrollments. Maintain follow-ups and track the entire sales funnel through the CRM. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead feedback and quality insights. Required Skills & Attributes: Hardworking and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. No issues with flexible work timings – willingness to work in varied shifts based on business needs. 6-days working – must be comfortable with a Monday to Saturday work schedule. Target-based job – ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results. Go-getter attitude – someone who takes initiative and ownership. Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
