Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Executive role in Navi Mumbai. The chosen candidate will undertake day-to-day tasks, including lead generation, engaging with potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales opportunities. Providing exceptional customer service while working dynamically with the sales team will also form key components of the role.

 

Responsibilities

Prospect Research

  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web research
  • Identify companies showing buying signals: Recent Series B-D funding
  • Hiring senior Rails developers (60+ days open)
  • Announcing AI initiatives
  • Leadership changes (new VP Eng, CTO)
  • Research individual prospects before outreach: role, background, company challenges
  • Maintain a clean, organized prospect database in CRM
  • Target: 50-100 qualified prospects per week

Cold Email Outreach

  • Execute cold email sequences from the company domain
  • Personalize first lines using your research
  • Manage follow-up sequences (Day 3, Day 7, Day 14)
  • Track and report on: open rates, reply rates, meetings booked
  • A/B test subject lines, messaging, and timing
  • Target: 200+ emails sent per week, 5%+ response rate

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects
  • Send calendar invites with a clear agenda
  • Send reminders 24 hours before calls
  • Reschedule no-shows, manage timezone conversions
  • Target: 10+ discovery calls scheduled per week

CRM & Reporting

  • Keep CRM updated with every prospect interaction
  • Log all emails, calls, and responses
  • Update prospect status and pipeline stage
  • Prepare weekly report: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked
  • Flag patterns: what messaging works, which segments respond

Desired Skills and Experience

Inspiring your team and colleagues to reach targets according to our strategy comes easily to you, because of the following:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, selling to US/North American clients
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools
  • Experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo sequences, or similar)
  • Excellent written English — you'll email US executives daily
  • Strong organizational skills — you'll manage 100+ active prospects
  • Understanding of US business culture, buying cycles, and decision-making
  • Fluency in English , Additional Indian or foreign language will be a plus

Nice to Have:

- Previously worked at a company with US clients or a US parent company

- Experience selling technical/IT services to the US market

- Familiarity with the US tech industry (VC ecosystem, startup stages, enterprise buying)
