Key Responsibilities:-

• Supervise day-to-day operations of injection moulding machines and staff.
• Ensure optimal machine settings and process parameters to produce quality toy components.
• Manage mould changes, start-ups, and troubleshooting of machines and moulds.
• Monitor production output and ensure it meets quality standards and productivity targets.
• Train, lead, and mentor machine operators and technicians.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate with the planning team.
• Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulding machines.
• Record and report production data, machine performance, and quality issues.
• Identify process improvements and support new product launches and mould trials.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements specific to toy manufacturing (e.g., EN71, ASTM, IS standards).

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in injection moulding operations, preferably in the toy or plastic consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of moulding machines (e.g., Milacron, Boss, etc.).
• Familiarity with toy safety and quality standards is a plus.
• Experience in managing teams, shift operations, and production planning.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
