Infrastructure Solution Architect

Job Title: Infrastructure Solution ArchitectExperience: 15+ years total, with 7+ years in Infrastructure ArchitectureLocation: [Specify – Onsite/Hybrid/Remote]Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure solution blueprints across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware, On-premise).
• Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) planning to ensure business continuity and resilience.
• Define and execute infrastructure automation strategies using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and DevOps principles.
• Develop cost optimization models and perform TCO/ROI analysis for cloud and data center solutions.
• Architect vendor-neutral, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise, security, and application architects to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Map infrastructure designs to regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR).
• Guide infrastructure modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud or hybrid platforms.
• Mentor teams and establish architecture governance frameworks and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7 years in infrastructure architecture and design.
• Proven expertise in Azure and AWS infrastructure services, networking, and security.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization, storage, and backup solutions.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, automation, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
• Experience in network design, load balancing, VPN/ExpressRoute, and firewall management.
• Deep knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with cost management tools and cloud billing models.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
• VMware VCAP (Advanced Professional)
• TOGAF 9/10 Certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹925,755.85 - ₹2,466,579.86 per year
