Project Role Description :Support sales teams to shape and sell new deals, particularly in assessing and resolving client infrastructure engineering problems and proposing solutions. Represent the infrastructure engineering aspects for the client during the sales cycle.

Summary:As an Infrastructure Solution Architect, you will engage with sales teams to shape and sell new deals by assessing and resolving client infrastructure engineering challenges. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring that the infrastructure engineering aspects are effectively represented throughout the sales cycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing expert guidance on infrastructure solutions that align with their business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.- Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines proposed infrastructure solutions and their benefits.1.Works with cross-functional stakeholders to finalize desired technical specifications and back-end design2.Codes, tests, debugs and documents complex programs, and enhances existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user requirements3.Develops and maintains back-end application design, program specification documents, and proprietary applications4.Contributes effectively as a member of the team; takes ownership of individual assignments and projects with moderate oversight5.Manages and updates issue-tracking system when gaps in code and documentation are discovered6.Designs and develops backend software for internal and external facing applications7.Works with project lead and internal stakeholders to formulate sprint backlog8.Develops detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for system/program development9.Identifies and resolves system operating programs in order to provide continuous business operations10.Interacts with user management regarding project status and user requirements to promote an environment with improved productivity and satisfaction11.Provides technical leadership and training to other members of the IT team12.Assists in scheduling, determining manpower requirements, and estimating costs to project completion in order to meet user and technical requirements.13.Develops new control applications from a set of specifications and tests new and modified control applications14.May provide remote support for field personnel as they install and troubleshoot new applications15.May Provide on-site support for some scheduled installations and upgrades and end-user phone support, primarily concerning application issues16.Creates documentation for configurations and how to implement and test the applications Professional & Technical

1.4+ years of Experience in SQL and Couchbase2.Database development and support engineer with 3+ years in progressive roles3.Requires strong SQL knowledge4.Requires familiarity with no-SQL databases, Couchbase strongly preferred5.Requires the ability to support both Windows and Linux environments6.Keen understanding of log files for monitoring, planning, and troubleshooting7.Experience with data warehousing is a plus8.Requires proficiency and 1-2 years' experience in .NET development; experience using the Couchbase .NET SDK is a plus9.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience with frameworks like ASP.NET Core.10.Must be comfortable working with a global team of IT members, business stakeholders, contractors, and vendor partners11.Prior experience delivering solutions for health, transportation, or other regulated industries is a plusGood to Have
