Infrastructure Solution Architect

Role Overview: As an Enterprise Infrastructure Solution Lead, you will be responsible for designing technical solutions based on functional and non-functional specifications for customers. You will drive the commercial construct and create capability presentations with case studies and experiences to support customer interactions. Additionally, you will work closely with technology and service delivery partners to develop joint solutions and understand customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries such as proactive proposals, RFI, RFP, RFS, RFT by designing technical solutions - Drive the commercial construct and create capability presentations with case studies - Conduct customer presentations and workshops to articulate the TCS value proposition - Collaborate with technology and service delivery partners for joint solutions - Analyze existing IT infrastructure and processes for gap analysis with customer technical teams - Qualify opportunities from a geography perspective before involving larger offshore teams - Support offshore Solution / CoE team by translating business requirements to technical requirements - Review estimations, timelines, and solution documents prepared by solution team - Attend trainings or workshops to understand new service offerings and technologies - Ensure smooth solution handover to delivery team after winning the opportunity - Interact with account and technology teams to arrange customer visits and references - Contribute to the sales strategy for IT Infrastructure business Qualification Required: - Comprehensive understanding of solution design and addressing customer needs - Ability to contribute to team's order book targets and pursuit to win ratio - Strong customer-facing skills with experience in workshops, contracts, and statements of work - Stay updated with the latest technologies through continuous certifications - Market alignment through participation in partner seminars, conferences, and technology update sessions Note: There are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
