· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior global role
· 5+ years of experience in CPEG, Food Manufacturing industry is plus
· Proven Data center to Cloud Migration and Cloud Operations experience with DevOps and SRE-driven operations background is key.
· Migration of SAP ECC/ Surround systems to Cloud is desired. SAP Rise experience eis plus
· Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale global operations across data centers, cloud, and edge.
· Expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, conversational AI, AIOps, automation, observability platforms, and ServiceNow ITSM
· Working Experience in HA, BCP, DR planning and Execution
· Proficiency with different cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and virtualization technologies.
· Experience in Infrastructure tools: Zscaler, ComVault, NetScaler, Cloudflare, Terraform, Cisco Network Switches, Firewalls, IAM, DLP , Azure Cloud Native Infrastructure tools
· Experience in OT security and networking with IT/OT segmenations
· Experience in ServiceNow platform, Grafana Cloud, NewRelic Full stack observability and BigPanda AIops or similar tools is plus
· Certifications in ITSM, Cloud administration, Cisco CCNA is a plus
· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with experience managing global managed services.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
· Modernization of IT Infrastructure operations aligned with modern infrastructure operations and digital transformation strategy.
· Successful partnership with vendors and internal teams to automate operations using GenAI and operational Agentic agents.
· Delivery of an AI-driven, modernized service desk, improving user experience and reducing manual tickets.
· Achievement of autonomous operations with reduced downtime, faster MTTR, and predictive resilience.
· Driving towards Zero Incident and No-Ops mindset
· Cost optimization across infrastructure and vendor-managed services.
· Effective global coverage, ensuring smart, digital-enabled operations across all manufacturing plants.
