Role Description

• Lead and manage overall IT operations, ensuring optimal performance of systems, servers, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Plan, install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and related hardware.
• Oversee LAN/WAN infrastructure, including firewall configuration, switches, routers, and ensure seamless network connectivity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, hardware malfunctions, and network disruptions; ensure timely resolution.
• Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware, including setup, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Ensure strong IT security practices through firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and regular data backups and recovery drills.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and maintain a centralized IT asset inventory for both hardware and software.
• Collaborate with departments to assess and fulfill IT needs, ensuring reliable and scalable technology solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, oversee hardware/software procurement, licensing compliance, AMC contracts, and budget tracking.
• Develop, document, and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT management, with strong hands-on experience in server and network administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, cloud platforms, and data backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

This is an OnSite work profile. Joinee is expected to work in late evening shifts.
