IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support

  Windows 10/11

  ,

  Mac OS

  , and

  Linux

  client systems
• Manage

  Windows Server 2019/2022

  environments
• Handle database administration:

  MS SQL

  ,

  MySQL

  , and

  Oracle

• Maintain and monitor

  firewalls

  ,

  managed switches

  , and

  routers

• Configure and manage

  Windows Active Directory

  ,

  DNS

  ,

  DHCP

  , and

  Group Policies

• Ensure regular

  data backups

  and perform

  network monitoring

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot

  hardware and software

• Administer and update

  antivirus systems

• Provide

  Level 1 network support

  , including wireless router configuration and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

  in Engineering or Computer Science

• 2–3 years

  of proven experience in:
• System, server, and network administration
• Working with Windows Server, databases, and IT infrastructure tools
• Strong understanding of:
• Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Network protocols and Layer 1 troubleshooting
• Firewall and antivirus solutions
• Ability to manage tasks independently and support multiple projects simultaneously

• General: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
