Job Summary

automation and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Key Responsibilities

  • System & User Support

  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
  • Networking & Infrastructure

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Server & Application Support

  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).
  • Cloud & Security

  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and

    Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards)

    .
  • Build and maintain

    CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps

    for automation, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor and enhance security posture to comply with

    CMMC

    and

    ISO 27001

    standards.
  • Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.
  • Assist with internal and external IT audits.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of

    firewalls, routers, and switches

    .
  • Experience with

    Windows Server administration

    and

    Active Directory

    .
  • Hands-on with

    Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint)

    .
  • Experience in

    backup solutions (Veeam)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    SQL Server

    management.
  • Proficient in

    Azure Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)

    .
  • Networking & Security

  • Proficiency in

    network troubleshooting and monitoring tools

    .
  • Understanding of

    VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs

    .
  • Knowledge of

    CMMC, ISO 27001, and security best practices

    .
  • Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Customer-first mindset with proactive support approach.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (bonus)
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+
  • ITIL Foundation (optional but a plus)
  • Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
