Information Technology Support Engineer

You should have 2-3 years of experience in IT support. The job is located in Pithampur. Your responsibilities include responding to user inquiries related to software and hardware issues, setting up equipment for employee use with proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software. You will conduct computer diagnostics, develop training materials, and train users on hardware and software usage. It will be your responsibility to oversee the daily performance of computer systems, perform regular software and hardware updates, and maintain records of data communication transactions. You should refer major hardware and software problems to vendors or technicians for service. In terms of technical skills, you should have an understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications. Excellent analytical skills are required to diagnose and resolve issues, along with the ability to convey technical information clearly to users and collaborate with the technical team.,
