Information Technology Support Engineer

As a Desktop IT Support Engineer at iKSANA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of IT systems and providing timely support to customers. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related tickets with fast response times. - Perform operating system installation, updates, and patch management. - Provide support for network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. - Install and configure CCTV cameras (IP & Analog) and access control systems. - Troubleshoot access points, routers, and basic network configurations. - Resolve issues related to user profiles, domain login, permissions, and shared resources. - Configure and support antivirus, security tools, and endpoint protection. - Assist with network device setup, cabling, and port configuration. - Maintain documentation for issues, solutions, and IT processes. - Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in IT Support. - Strong understanding of desktop & laptop hardware. - Experience with Windows OS, macOS & Linux. - Solid networking knowledge: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs. - Ability to troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points. - Hands-on experience in CCTV systems (IP/Analog), NVR/DVR configuration. - Experience with access control systems (controllers, readers, biometrics). - Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP, AnyDesk). - Basic understanding of cable management and structured cabling. - Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills. - Certifications such as Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or any CCTV/Access Control certifications will be considered a plus advantage.
